Spring 2012 Registration

Fee*

U8/U9/10 only:  $350; a non-refundable $135 Commitment Fee (which will be deducted from the total cost) is due at the time of registration.

*includes uniform with 2 jerseys , tournament registration and trainer fees.

Payment Plan & Late Fee

Available if paying by e-Check, credit or debit card and/or postdated checks for full balance or pay in full by January 30, 2012; Players registered on/after February 1, 2012 will be charged a $35 late fee and will be placed on a team on a space-available-basis only.

Refunds
 
Players wishing to withdraw and who have notified the Registrar prior to the team declaration, will receive a refund with the exception of the non-refundable Commitment Fee (see Registration tab on our website for amount). Thereafter, refunds, partial or full, will not be issued for players who wish to withdraw, are suspended, or have been removed from the program due to violation of policy.

Equipment

Required

  • Uniform Kit

Cost included in the registration fee; consists of reversible jersey (1), shorts (1), & socks (1 pair).

Uniforms issued in the Fall will be also be used for players returning in the Spring; so please consider this when selecting clothing sizes.  
  • Protective Gear: Parents are required to provide cleats, shin guards, and ball (see Game Format Chart for ball size). It is very important players bring a filled water container for all practices and games.

Optional

  • Pratice Kit: $30; includes Thunder FC t-shirts (2), shorts (1), and socks (2 pair)
  • Backpack: $20
  • Warm-ups: $90
