Registration for COE 2025/2026, MICRO COE FALL 25 Season are now open!
For players that are U7 to U10 (currently 2019 to 2016), our competitive program is called Center of Excellence. Our core values of loyalty, honesty, and positivity, impact upon every training session and game that we coach.
BSC Center of Excellence players are coached by our experienced, dedicated, nationally licensed team of coaches to a club curriculum in accordance with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). This curriculum is designed and implemented by directors and coaches to nurture the technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of a player within a team environment, while fostering a love for the game.
Our aim is to develop players' technical ability and establish strong fundamentals at their young age, while being capable of making decisions independently for success in individual, group and team situations on the soccer field. We want BSC teams to play exciting soccer, and our coaches, players and parents to hold themselves to the highest standards.
Our focus is on the development of the player and person. Success, in terms of results, is a byproduct of effective development and a positive coaching environment.
The Micro COE aims to provide professional coaching to beginner players to spark a life-long love for the game of soccer.
The Micro COE (U6) is a co-ed program focused on ball touches and player development, combining skills exercises and scrimmages.
The Micro COE progresses into our Center of Excellence Program starting at U7, where we strive for players to have a clear grasp of the fundamentals at the earliest possible age before competition.
