No Shooting on goal from kickoff For all goal kicks, the defending team will need to be behind the midfield line

No bumpers. Please discourage spectators from kicking the ball back into play. 

Switch sides at halftime

No Slide Tackling!

Kick-ins only - NO throw-ins or dribble-ins

Goal kick from endline if last touched by attacking team

Corner kick from corner if last touched by defending team 

Restarts:

• After quarter
• Half time break
• A goal is scored
