Boerne Soccer Club is proud to announce the newest member of our coaching staff, Ian Johnson! 

Ian brings over 25 years of coaching and team management to BSC, where he has coached teams and players throughout Select and Academy programs in New Jersey, Washington State, Georgia, and Texas.

Ian has been in the U.S. for 19 years, where he has since earned his USSF B-License, UEFA B License, and is currently a candidate on the USSF A-License course.

“I have had the privilege of knowing Ian since 2016, when we were on our first coaching course together in San Antonio,” said BSC Director of Coaching, Wayne Bartlett.

“Since then, we have been placed on several further courses throughout the years, where I have had the opportunity to see how well Ian coaches and interacts with both players and peers.”

“I am delighted that we are able to welcome Ian to Boerne, and for the players, parents and staff to benefit from his experience and passion and commitment to development.”
