Dear Boerne Soccer Club Members,
The Boerne Soccer Club (BSC) Board of Directors and staff would like to invite all BSC Members to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held Monday, May 20th, 7:00 pm. The 2024 AGM will be held as a remote video conference meeting.
We will discuss the current state of the Club, accomplishments since the last AGM, as well as the future outlook for BSC. Time will be allocated for a question and answer session from our members, and we look forward to this opportunity for you to join us.
BSC Voting Members will participate in the election of new Board Members and amendment of club by-laws. We are currently seeking candidates for three board positions. Interested candidates must fill out and sign the Board Application and submit to Russell Burkey, BSC President, at president@boernesoccer.org by May 4th.
Successfully submitted applications for Board Member will be posted on the BSC website at least 14 days prior to the AGM along with the final AGM agenda.
