Boerne Soccer Club is thrilled to introduce Dori Polk as our new Director of Business Operations (DBO) at BSC. Dori’s soccer journey began right here at Boerne Soccer Club during her youth, and she has since played at the highest club levels, collegiately, internationally, and even professionally for a year. Her passion for the game and her corporate experience make her an excellent addition to our team.

Dori brings valuable marketing, sales, and management experience from her background in the home building and human resources staffing industries. Her degree in Exercise and Sports Science, with a major in Business Administration also provides a solid foundation for the role. Dori’s broad spectrum of relevant education and experience will help support our club’s mission and enhance our operations.

As BSC continues to grow — after experiencing a remarkable 30% increase over the past five years — one of our key strategic objectives is to secure additional training and field space. This Director of Business Operations role will focus on acquiring auxiliary training facilities, fundraising efforts, and overall club operations. We believe Dori’s expertise will energize and enable strategic initiatives for our club and players.
