How do I Become a Referee?
Do you want to referee? We want YOU! Boerne Soccer Club supports our referees and the vital job they do for our game to be possible.

Referee Training/Certification
Referee Clinics, for initial or recertification, are available online, as well as in San Antonio and right here in Boerne.
Pre-registration is required for all clinics, so please ensure this important step is completed prior to attending your chosen clinic.
Boerne Soccer Club is committed to training new referees. To encourage new youth and adult referees, Boerne Soccer Club will pay 50% (up to $40) of the initial referee licensing and registration fee for any new referee who:
1. Completes the required referee course and USSF registration, and
2. Referees at least three games for Boerne Soccer Club at Boerne City Park
Please submit the request for reimbursement to our Registrar, Samantha Griffiths at sgriffiths@boernesoccer.org after completing the required course, registration, and games.
