Ryan Bjelland

Ryan grew up in central Wisconsin, playing soccer as well as other sports from the age of 4.  After graduation, Ryan played two years of NCAA Division III soccer and tennis at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota before graduating with a BA degree in Music.  Ryan then transitioned into coaching and has been coaching ever since.  Ryan holds his USSF B license, United Soccer Coaches National Diploma, Goalkeeping Level 1 diploma, Futsal level 1 diploma, and is entering his second full year as a coach on the South Texas Olympic Development Program (ODP) staff.

Ryan is in his second year at Boerne Soccer Club, having recently moved from New York City and working for the New York Red Bulls Youth Programs for two years.  Prior to that, Ryan was head coach for a boys varsity soccer program for three years in his home state of Wisconsin.
