"It is a privilege to be able to coach youth soccer players and be a part of their development both as players and as people. Having experience not only as a player and coach, but as a parent with young children of my own, I understand even more the responsibility we have as coaches in providing an environment to nurture players growth, and foster a love for what they do to bring out the best in them." - Wayne Bartlett
